How do I place an online order?

Click on the restaurant of your choice from our Order Online page, add items to your cart and click the Checkout button to start the checkout process.

Is the service completely free?

Pickup orders are free though some restaurants might charge a small delivery fee and/or enforce order minimums.

Can I place an order if I don't have a Leapset account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest but if you create an account, we'll remember your checkout details to speed up future orders. Also, as an account holder you'll have the option to receive special deals from your favorite restaurants.

When do I pay for my order?

We'll collect your credit or debit card details during the online checkout process but you don't get charged until the restaurant reviews and approves your order.

How do I know the restaurant received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated pickup or delivery time after the restaurant confirms receipt of your order. If you don't receive a confirmation email, call the restaurant directly to inquire about your order.

How do I edit my order after I have already submitted it?

You should contact the restaurant directly by phone to make changes to your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order you already submitted, call the restaurant as soon as possible. If they haven't officially confirmed receipt your order, they will be able to cancel it before your credit card is charged.

How do I request to add a restaurant?

Please visit our Contact Us page and send us the name of the restaurant you would like to see added to our directory.
