Responsibilities:

• Explore market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate practices with a view to hiring high calibre resources to the organization.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies, head-hunters, universities, media and industry professionals.
• Define the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and utilize social media marketing to facilitate recruitment.
• Work with the marketing team on internal and external branding/PR initiatives and employee referral programs.

• Experience developing software for GNU/Linux systems and MySQL DB is advantageous.

• A minimum of 6 years’ experience with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
• In-depth experience in Ubuntu server/client and Windows 7 operating systems, open-source firewalls, Squid proxy, VPN and Asterisk VOIP systems; familiar with cloud computing on AWS platforms and Sclar.
• Experience in facilities management will be an added benefit.
• ITIL qualification and/or a related Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
